Recycling of logistics waste used for your orders
Pallets, boxes, envelopes : every day, our logistics teams are committed to reducing waste by promoting reuse and resource optimization.
By reducing carton sizes when shipping our assembled scooters, we’ve replaced plastic envelopes with more responsible alternatives. For parcels under 2 kg (excluding fragile and liquid products), your orders are now shipped in kraft pouches, generating up to 4 times less CO₂ than their plastic equivalents.
Tapes were replaced in 2025 by recycled paper tape.
We do not use new paper as filler, avoid unnecessary printing, and reuse protective materials received from our suppliers to minimize waste.
We don’t throw away used pallets : they are set aside for artisans who repurpose them.

ScooterLab commits to organizing at least one freestyle scooter event per year and to supporting both professional and amateur riders.

Scooter repurposing
Some scooters return to our warehouse after being used, due to abusive after-sales claims (we hate that), or because we used them ourselves.
In these cases, we either resell them or donate them to charities or skateparks.
